2024 WINTER CARNIVAL HANDBALL DOUBLES TOURNAMENT

Sponsored by the River Rats Handball Club

When: Friday, February 2nd and Saturday, February 3rd, 2024

Where: Life Time Fitness, 1200 East Moore Lake Drive, Fridley, MN 55432

General Info: Includes Souvenir, tournament hospitality

Entry fees: $64.99 per person for USHA members; $25 for undergraduate students; $25 second division

6 Doubles Divisions: Open (Any age); A/B (Any Age); Father/Mother & Son/Daughter (Any age);
Combined Team Age Divisions: 100+ yrs (minimum age 45); 120+ yrs (minimum age 55);
130+ yrs (minimum age 60); 140+ yrs (minimum age 65); (Ages as of calendar year 2024)

Awards: Open Division: 1st Place $250, 2nd Place $150, 3rd Place $100 (based on 8 teams)
Awards to 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and Consolation Champions in all divisions (for 8-team divisions)

Hospitality: Friday night Chili Feed at tournament, Hospitality at Shortstop Bar & Grill, Fridley; Saturday noon catered lunch by DeGidio’s; Saturday night beer and pizza at Forgotten Star
Brewing, Fridley. Gatorade, fruit and snacks provided throughout the tournament.

Rules: Current USHA rules apply. Losers must keep score for next match on the same court.
Referees supplied upon request. Eye protection is mandatory.
