Sanctioning Agreement

Sanction your next tournament and receive:

• Mailing labels for all USHA members in your area

• Free Calendar Listing in Handball Magazine

• Your entry posted on the USHA Tournament Calendar

• A commission on any adult USHA membership ($40) sold at the tournament  -New member commission is $10
  Renewal commission is $5

• Authorization to use USHA logo on entry form and souvenir

• Insurance coverage when required by host club (fee)

• Draw sheets and scorecards

• Tournament software program

• Best case price on balls

Sanctioning criteria:

• Fill out and return sanctioning agreement to USHA

• Send in entry form to USHA for inclusion on the USHA Tournament Calendar

• Enforce USHA Rules, including mandatory eye protection

• Use of official USHA Red Label and White Label handballs

• Provide registration list and results to USHA after the tournament

Want Free Balls for your Sanctioned Tournament?
 

Follow these steps:
 

1. Require USHA Membership for your tournament
2. Get sent a current USHA Membership Roster for your area
3. Sign up any new (or renew) USHA members at your tournament
4. Send your tournament Roster with results and photos to the USHA

How it works:

1. Print out the USHA Sanctioning Agreement to get started:  Sanctioning Agreement (pdf)
    

2. Sign our Sanctioning Agreement and fax, mail, or e-mail the USHA a copy of your tournament entry that shows you are requiring USHA membership to participate.
    

3. Secure your order with a credit card.  Your balls will be sent with an invoice, and your card will be charged at that time.
    

4. Check your tournament roster with the membership list you get from the USHA.
    

5. Sign up any non-member and mail their application back to the USHA, along with your tournament roster.

   If all tournament participants are USHA Members, you get 1 ball per member. 
   
   *The amount will be credited to you, or you can receive additional handballs.
