Fronton One-Wall Handball Open d'Italia 2007 took place at Nizza Monferrato in Italy Nov. 16-18. 

William Polanco and Tony Roberts lead Team USA to win the championship over Joe Kaplan and Victor LoPierre in an all-U.S. final.  Team USA came away with a sweep claiming 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place!   See results at the International Italian Open website: http://www.open-ditalia.com/

The Italian Federation chose the USHA Big Blue Handball as the official ball.  Countries participating were Italy, France, England, Wales, Ireland, Basques, Belgium, The Netherlands, and the USA.
