The USHA will replace equipment as the equipment becomes worn.  It is not the intention that the equipment is given to the students but that the equipment is loaned to the the players and the the equipment is reused as much as feasible.  New players that want their own equipment are encouraged to take advantage of our $21 deal that includes gloves, eye protection (or a can of balls) and a 1 year USHA membership.  

Naturally gloves get worn down and balls get lost or lose their bounce and we will replace that equipment on a "as needed" basis.
