There are many ways to support the great sport of handball with your time, money and passion for the game:

• Share the game with a friend, colleague or family member - word of mouth is the most powerful way to spread the joy of the game.
• Keep your USHA membership up-to-date - all dues support the growth of the game.
• Participate in local and national tournaments.
• Buy official USHA merchandise - All proceeds from the sale of USHA merchandise go to further support and develop the game of handball.
• Run a tournament in your area or volunteer to help at an existing tourney.
• Become an official USHA Distributor and help get handballs and handball gloves to players in your area.
• Start or volunteer at a player development handball program.
• Become an official USHA volunteer: Regional Commissioner, State/Area Chair or Ambassador.
• Contribute to your favorite USHA handball fund.
